Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost?
The basic email is free. EventQ Pro is €3 a month or €25 a year, and you can stop whenever you like.
Who picks the suggestions?
An AI system we built. Every week it reads the programmes of theatres, museums, municipalities and guides like Athinorama, and keeps what is for kids, happens this weekend and has a time and a price. If you spot a mistake, write to us and we’ll fix it.
What if it rains?
On Wednesday night we check the forecast. If it shows rain, cold or a heatwave, we put the indoor options first. With Pro you also get one extra indoor idea, just in case.
Will you flood my inbox?
No. One email a week, on Thursday morning, with an unsubscribe button at the very bottom.
Which areas do you cover?
Attica. You pick your neighbourhood and how far you will travel (5, 10 or 20 km), and you see what is on nearby.
Who is behind EventQ?
A small independent team. The operator’s details are in the Terms, and you can write to us any time through “Contact” at the bottom of the page.
Is it in English?
The website is. The Thursday email, and the event titles and descriptions in it, are in Greek for now, because that is how the venues publish them. An English version of the email is planned.
